SALES OFFICER

What you will do:

• Generate leads and improve conversion rate.
• Conduct sales pitch meetings and preparing presentations.
• Help cluster team expand to new districts.
• Identify potential customers to strengthen Kheyti’s sales capacity.
• Target oriented and customer service focused.
• Thinking on new strategies to improve the sales in the cluster.
• Working closely with farmers in rural areas and show an active interest in providing the services.

Ideal persona:

• Qualification: 3+ years experience in sales, preferably rural sales
• Must have I+ year experience in Agri sales
• Willingness to live and work in rural India
• Any Bachelor Degree from a recognized Institute
• The cause of the company matters in addition to job function
• Building teams is more exciting to you than being an individual “hero”
• You thrive when given extreme autonomy and in environments without hierarchy
• You want to grow to be the Cluster head of a medium sized company in a few years.
