About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong professional for the role of Production & R&D Manager in the Bio Inputs segment. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in manufacturing, formulation development, quality processes, and research activities related to Bio Fertilizers, Bio Stimulants, and Bio Pesticides.
The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of microbial products, fermentation processes, production planning, product stability, quality standards, and agricultural biological formulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production operations for Bio Fertilizers, Bio Stimulants, and Bio Pesticides.
- Handle formulation development, process optimization, and product improvement activities.
- Supervise fermentation, culture maintenance, mixing, batching, and packaging processes.
- Develop and execute R&D trials for new biological and specialty agri-input products.
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and regulatory teams for approvals and documentation.
- Monitor production schedules, raw material utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain SOPs, batch records, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with management for scaling production and introducing innovative products.
- Support technical teams with product knowledge and troubleshooting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 3- 5 years of relevant experience in Bio Inputs manufacturing industry.
- Experience with biological formulations and commercial-scale production setups preferred.
- Candidates from agri-input, microbial, or biological product companies will be given preference.
