Qualification:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the agri-input sector within the specified market
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with farmers
Provide timely, accurate and practical crop advisory services
Identify, engage and onboard new farmers onto the Krishify network
Conduct regular field visits for crop monitoring, advisory follow-ups, and issue resolution
Drive demand generation for agri-input products through field activitiesOrganise farmer group meetings, demonstrations, and farm days to promote best practices and products
