Business Development Officer (B2B)

Location: Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur (Primary)

Role Overview:

  • Build and manage dealer networks (B2B)
  • Handle limited B2C activities
  • Drive regional sales growth with a target-oriented approach

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Eligibility:

  • Education: HSC / Graduate (any discipline)
  • Experience: 2-4 years in B2B Sales / Business Development (Farm machinery experience preferred)
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of assigned regions
    • Marathi (mandatory), Hindi/English (preferred)
    • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Preferred:
    • Farmer-family background
    • Experience working with dealers (B2B)
    • Exposure to farm machinery or agri-input sales
