Role Overview:
- Build and manage dealer networks (B2B)
- Handle limited B2C activities
- Drive regional sales growth with a target-oriented approach
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Eligibility:
- Education: HSC / Graduate (any discipline)
- Experience: 2-4 years in B2B Sales / Business Development (Farm machinery experience preferred)
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of assigned regions
- Marathi (mandatory), Hindi/English (preferred)
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Preferred:
- Farmer-family background
- Experience working with dealers (B2B)
- Exposure to farm machinery or agri-input sales
