I would like to sincerely thank AgMatrix for organizing this insightful and well- structured two-day training program on Commercial Plant Breeding: Strategies for Hybrid & Varietal Development. I wanted to express my appreciation for the recent training

session jointly organized by AgMatrix and Seedworks

International. The program offered a comprehensive

overview of essential topics such as the Basics of seed,

R&D, The Vegetable seed sector, Government regulatory

affairs, Product development, and Quality management

systems. The content was well-structured and engaging,

providing valuable insights into each area. The trainers

demonstrated deep expertise, facilitating discussions that

encouraged participants to share their perspectives and

experiences. The emphasis on quality management

systems was particularly noteworthy, highlighting its critical role in ensuring product excellence.

I really enjoyed the course, excellent hands on using

Power BI and felt I had a good grasp of how to use

the application at the end of the course. The trainer

was excellent and answered all my questions and

explained things in an easy to understand manner.

AgMatrix, I found indeed a highly impressive platform organising an interaction of Agriculture students, Agri B-school students and early entrants to agri input industry with experienced high quality agri professionals, through a well organised systematic classroom sessions filled with very practical experience of these professionals. I was part of one such interaction where participation and enthusiasm of these students in classroom was very impressive. I had a great learning experience while attending the "Certified Seed Learners" program in the month of Oct, 2022. The program captured the Seed Industry business value chain in a detailed & holistic way.
