Job Overview:
A District business manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies specifically tailored for rural areas. The job involves understanding the unique characteristics of rural markets, including the socio-economic and cultural aspects, to effectively promote products and services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with MBA (Not Mandatory)
- Marathi Native; Residing in Nashik
- Proven experience (not less than 2 years) in respective area
- Strong understanding of the local rural landscape and the challenges faced by farmers due to weather vagaries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at various levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Result-oriented mind-set with a track record of achieving targets.
