Job Title: General Manager โ Agricultural Farm Machinery
Location: Pan India
Reporting To: Managing Director
Department: Sales, Operations & Business Development
Salary: 15L-30L CTC

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Pan-India sales and growth strategies for agricultural machinery.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Build and manage a strong dealer and distributor network across India.
- Monitor sales performance, targets, pricing, promotions, and market share.
- Ensure dealer profitability, product availability, and efficient distribution.
- Oversee after-sales service operations and spare parts availability to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics for smooth operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support product and pricing strategies.
- Lead and develop regional sales and operations teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and profitability, while controlling costs and reporting business performance to senior management.
Required Qualifications - Bachelorโs Degree in Agricultural Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Agribusiness preferred
Experience - 15โ20 years of experience in Agricultural Machinery / Farm Equipment / Tractor /
Harvestor / Thresher / Implements Industry - Minimum 10โ15 years in leadership or senior management role
- Experience handling Pan India sales operations
